Ahoy!
It's been awhile since I've updated, eh?
Eh!
Something a little different for this update,
being that I'm so far behind....
The photos here do not show you what I'm wearing today,
but rather, on a few random days near the end of 2009.
BEHOLD!
They were a steal at Target.
I found them on the clearance rack for $10.
I wore this outfit on December 23rd.
I was off work the 22nd through Jan 4th
(schwabam!) and on this particular day I was
finishing up some Christmas shopping and I met
a friend for lunch at Mother's Cafe.
details:
green jeans: Target
turquoise long-sleeved shirt: express
yellow cardigan: Target
boots: Target
I also wore the same shirt and cardigan together
to work before my holiday break, but with slacks:
shoes: Nine West
here's a better shot of the color of the jeans and also my boots:i love these boots. i am wearing them all the time these days.
Speaking of boots...I have a another pair I've been quite fond of lately:This was my Christmas Eve outfit!
I woke up that morning and decided I had NOTHING to wear
to my parents' house that night (which probably wasn't true)
and hit Express early in the morning.
gray jeans: Old Navy
sequined tank: Express
gray/cream striped cardigan: Express
boots: vintage, purchased through Etsy ze boots!
to visit his Mom.
December 26th we went hiking in Big Bend National Park.
This is us, not very fashionable,
sitting in "The Window" at Big Bend:
from where we are sitting....
Some casual looks and some
Christmas looks.
I hope to update more regularly as time allows.
Thank you for stopping by and visiting
and for the holiday greetings!

It's really nice to see you and see the great style with which you met the Christmas and New Year seasons.
Personally, I liked the yellow sweater, green blouse with the slack look.....(You wear yellow well).
Boots are great, too - both pairs!
I love your Christmas Eve outfit. Especially the creme boots!
Some great new things!
ooooooh. First outfit: love the colors together. Second outfit: love all the different patterns and textures in monochrome. Both outfits: awesome boots!
Woo! That sequin tank is awesome!
I love the colored jeans- they're so fun and a little bit wacky.
I love both pair of boots- love the clean lines!
I would like to give Clementine a big hug! Who is the other pup?
thanks everyone!
Jess--the other pup (I didn't even notice he'd made it into the pic! sneaky booger!) is my parents' dog, Zulu. He's alot younger than Clementine but they are bestest buddies. Clementine stayed with my folks while Erik and I went on our vacation to Big Bend. After I pick her up, she is always completely pooped out from playing so hard. She'll sleep for about 2 days! ahahhaha!
Great to see you back! I love the gray, stripe outfit. So cute!
Nice to have you back, those boots are fab, I like the styling here.

I adore the sunny yellow and asymmetrically striped cardigans. Both are so flattering!
