a day of delays?

today started out a little weird.

everything was just a little behind, and traffic was a lot

behind due to a serious wreck (on the OTHER

side of the freeway). we're a bunch of gawkers!!

i'm not sure how I feel about this outfit.

i was running behind, as I mentioned,

and this feels sub par.

shirt: vintage, thrifted (from Blue Velvet in Austin)

belt: Ross (altered by me)

shoes: Two Lips (via 6pm.com)

i wore this belt last Monday and mentioned it was magical.

i had no idea HOW it was staying on.

clearly, a latch or hook of some kind had fallen off.

so this weekend, I added snaps!!

the holes were already there,

so the fix was relatively easy.

now the belt stays closed securely

and not by some mysterious force.

earrings (hannah d's):

these are NOT the earrings I wanted to wear.

But I could only fine one of the two needed

orange earrings and I became flustered at how

much time I was wasting searching for an orange

plastic earring and decided to move on!

watchlet (Max Mara):

the watch doesn't actually work anymore.

HAHA!

because i'm inching ever closer

to the day my vacation in Vegas begins!!! (July 2nd)
