I think the colors are lovely. I really like the sheer turtleneck. And aside from the bell sleeves, I don't think it is "out there". Minus that tiny thing, I really like the entire outfit.
And I think it's great that you still aren't wearing eye make-up. I'm personally addicted to my mascara, but you look great without it!!
I like all the colors!
