then driving down to Galveston to present a check

to a teacher. then driving back home.

it should make for a 12 hour day tomorrow.

my diet or eating healthy plan is going fine.

i'm not actually experiencing any strange cravings.

i'm eating a balanced diet so i guess that's why.

i'm a pound and a half down from 5 days ago.

still working out. still have energy and feel good.
