1 day until the day 33 years ago that I put my mom in labor on her 10th wedding anniversary only to be born the day after

yes my mom went into labor during my parents'

10th wedding anniversary. but i decided to make life as

difficult as possible for her and make her suffer through

36 hours of labor. YAY!

and now every year....my parents' anniversary

is the day before my birthday...so LOTS of reasons

to celebrate!

I'm baking them some cupcakes. I'm hoping to

find them a gift today during my lunch hour.

But what to get a couple that's been married

for 43 years?

today's outfit is not uber creative. but i'm only working

3 days this week...so screw it!

these are pretty damned old

but i love them still

i suppose i could have worn eye makeup today....

or fixed my hair.

but. i didn't!

but i TRIED to look less vampiric/pale

by wearing bright red lipstick.
