This outfit is a variation on something I wear regularly:
a dress over a shirt with a cute belt or sash.
For me this means I didn't feel up to doing anything
terribly creative and just wanted to be comfortable!
I do like the colors, however.

Your idea of 'meh' is probably more stylish and creative than I ever achieve. But, I'm finding dresses are great to just throw on when I don't want to have to think too hard!
