am i blue?

Greetings one and all on this fine Wednesday morning!

I think my skirt is a little bit too long but I do not

currently have the means to alter it!
details:

skirt: target
peachy tunic: newport news
aqua tank: express
necklace and earrings: avon
(necklace altered by me due to a freak necklace
breaking accident)
shoes: target
scarf as belt: not sure, probably walmart
(it's old)

up top:

i like the light blue pinstripe in the skirt.
the scarf (used as a belt here) has a couple of shades
of blue in it too that are not terribly obvious from this vantage point:
